Working with Chris has been a true gift. He holds compassionate, kind, accepting space for everything that arises while asking the perfect questions to deepen and guide me towards depth, understanding and integration. Since working with Chris, I have learned how to hold myself and recognize what I need with greater awareness and tenderness. I have been surprised by new understandings of my psyche and inner workings through his insight and leadership. Working with Chris, you will be gently nurtured into wholeness and healing. He is flexible and allows me to go at my own pace, and guides me towards deepening work on my own in between sessions. I can't recommend Chris highly enough!

I’ve never known Chris to be someone who shies away from turning towards the difficult, painful, or challenging things that come up in his life. He is a true spiritual warrior who has amassed wisdom and self-knowlege from his ongoing comittment to discovering his inner truth. He is a rare man who has done the hard work of reclaiming his wholeness.

About Chris

A leader in the national non-profit and public health world for almost three decades, Chris stepped away from that career to pursue his heart’s passion of supporting others in rediscovering and resting in the truth of their being.Having been engaged in psychological and spiritual growth since his early 20’s, he has since both practiced and been been trained in breathwork, meditation, authentic relating, men’s work, non-dual spirituality, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).Chris’ work as an IFS practitioner and coach is informed by his life’s experiences as a nonprofit executive, father, spiritual practitioner, and overall intention to live as a heart-centered man in today’s world. He calls Boulder, Colorado home where he enjoys hiking, riding his bike to the Saturday morning farmer’s market, brewing the perfect cup of coffee each morning, and traveling to far-off places. He’s available for sessions in-person or via Zoom.

About IFS

Internal Family Systems (IFS), a cutting-edge therapeutic protocol and paradigm for living, offers a practical, accessible path to deep self-acceptance and embrace of all that we are. Instead of viewing our internal challenges as obstacles to be fixed, IFS invites us to see them as doorways to greater love and wholeness.Through IFS, we come to learn that we all have a multitude of internal “parts,” some of which have taken on extreme roles to help us survive early hurts and traumas. The intention of all our parts is inherently good, even if their impact in our lives today may be harmful.IFS helps us to fundamentally reorient our relationship with these parts and invite them to let go of their extreme roles. The result is profound healing, inner peace– and living a more creative, courageous, inspired life.

I was relatively new to IFS when I started working with Chris. It has been my experience that Chris creates a consistent, safe and nonjudgmental space that is welcoming and compassionate. Through Chris’ care, I have found a clearer sense of my parts and the way in which they interact with each other. I have had remarkable breakthroughs with IFS that I have not had through decades of traditional talk therapy. It is an honor to recommend Chris as an IFS practitioner. I believe that I am flourishing working with Chris.
